Here I am preparing for my talk today afternoon at Colgate. I have also prepared some images to show. And I have made a plan about what to talk. I am sure it's going to be great.

...The talk was awful. I didn't feel any contact with the audience from the beginning and the words just came out of my mouth, I didn't have any conrol over them. 

Maybe I was taking it too seriously and was thinking about it too much before, I don't know... And the more I talked the more nervous I became so I don't even remember how it ended. It was just over at one point and my wife came and said: "Well, I think you have had better days." 

Fuck!
